3 Kinds of Exercises in Spring to Lose Weight

Fitness has now become a fashion, but there are still many people complaining that they are too busy and have no time to exercise. I think that if you have enough sense of exercising, you are able to exercise even the space is small. Spring is the best season for exercising which will do much good to help you lose weight. So no matter how busy you are, you should make every opportunity to do some exercises.

  1. Riding a bike. This kind of physical exercise will burn much fat in your body while you are enjoy the beautiful scenery of spring. It can not only strengthen your body, but also bring you a spiritual pleasure. Riding a bike will also accelerate your blood circulation. In addition, exercising by bicycle is not subject to limited time and space, and its main purpose is to ease the pressure of life caused by mental and physical fatigue. You can choose intense cycling which can effectively exercise your cardiovascular system.

2.    Climbing mountains. Climbing mountains is a kind of excellent aerobic   exercise; you can also breathe fresh air to improve pulmonary ventilation and increase lung capacity. You should go climbing in the morning, and had better keep the biting rate of your heart at 120-140 beats/minute. Climbing also should be gradual and you should make sure do some simple warm-up exercise before it. Then you can gradually increase the intensity according to your respiratory rate. You also should supplement water so as to reduce fatigue and restore physical strength while exercising.

3.    Flying a kite. While you do kite-flying, you can also breathe the fresh air to promote metabolism. In flying a kite, you can exercise your whole body joints, stretch your wings and promote blood circulation.
