The best exercise for weight loss in winter

Most people think the best time for lose weight is in summer. However, the expert of Body Weight Control Center said that winter was the best weight-loss season. Because when you take exercise in a cold environment, you will consume more energy than you do it in a warm environment. Therefore, when you do sports in winter, you can speed up the burning of fat.

The best season for weight loss.

It seems that most people likely to gain weight in winter. That means: if we can control the body weight during these months, we will reduced the risk of fat. Moreover, the sports in winter are frequent and intermittent, which happens to coincide with the laws of lose fat.

Aerobics is the effective .

Efficient aerobics is the best way to lose weight. The aerobics means such kind of sports that when you do exercise, you can get enough oxygen by breathing to provide  to your body, For example, biking, walking, climbing stairs, running, swimming and other sports.

Stand up from squatting is better than effective than sit-ups.

Most people do not like do sports in winter. However, some of them used to do sit-ups every day before going to sleep. They believe it is useful to change their belly bulge. In fact, little thing will change if you do it less than 150 times. In contrast, stand up from squatting is less tired than sit-ups and will consume more calories. So does  push-ups or jogging.

Climbing stairs.

If it is too cold to do outdoor exercise, you can take advantage of indoor conditions. For example, climb up stairs instead of taking the elevator. If you climbing stairs for 10 minutes, you will consume about 200 calorie. Besides, when you watching TV at home, move you body simultaneously, such as side kicks, in-situ running.
