Eating Cheese to Lose Weight

Many people would believe I am telling a lie by saying that eating cheese can lose weight. But this time I really do not lie to you. If you choose the right cheese to eat, you will not only satisfy yourself, but also get thinner. According to a recent study, as full-fat dairy products are rich in linoleic acid which can speed up the body’s metabolism, so eating the right cheese can definitely make you become slim.

  1. The best cheese–goat cheese
    An ounce of goat cheese contains 6 grams of fat (of which 4 grams are saturated fat), and 5g protein, 76 calories in total. In addition, it is rich in copper which helps improve your body immunity. So next time when you eat sandwiches, you may as well choose goat cheese, nuts, grain, dried fruits, ect.
  2. Parmesan
    Parmesan is a kind of Italian cheese made from skim milk and it is definitely rich in various nutrients.1 ounce of parmesan contains the same amount of calcium as that in a glass of milk and only has 10g  protein.
