Marvellous Low-Carbon Weight Loss Method
Written by babylon on April 20th, 2010Foreign nutrition experts after years of study have overturned the previous concept of low-fat idea for weight loss and introduced a latest low-carbon method called “low-carbs” internationally which refers to low-carbohydrates.
For a long time, it is generally considered that to be slim eating low-fat food is a necessity. This view stems from the proposal made by US Department of Agriculture in 1977 to American people: eating less high-fat foods and more carbohydrates. But Americans who follow this advice not only never benefit from it, but the number of fat people is increasing year by year. This is because if fat intake is insufficient, it will result in deficiency of essential fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, and vitamin B12; which will decrease your fat metabolism.
Low-carbon diet is a nutritional weight-loss and healthy diet method. This new low-carbon weight-loss theory include two main aspects: one is to reduce and limit the intake of sugar and starch, that is to say, do not eat or eat less sugar, rice and pasta, etc.; the second is to supplement a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids and many other nutrients.
The principle of low-fat diet is: to eat less high fatty foods and eat nuts, beans and eggs at the same time. You can eat rice and starch. However, the latest low-carbon diet just does the opposite. It mainly is not in favor of eating a high carbohydrate-contained food such as rice and sugar, but you can eat meat, eggs and nuts. This is the latest low-carbon diet for weight loss. It is because eating more carbohydrates to lose weight has some harmful effects on the body. So, it is also called “meat diet for weight loss.”
You must have heard the new concept low-carbon weight loss method for the first time, haven’t you? It also very matches today’s environmentally friendly low-carbon idea, right?
