6 Good Habits to Lose Weight

Obesity is usually caused by the accumulated bad habits which are also the root of today’s pain of many people. How to make an obese people become slim? I will recommend 6 good habits; as long as you insist them and gradually change your unhealthy living style, you will become thinner immediately.

  1. Never eat anything after 9:00 p.m. You should bear in mind that dinner can not be postponed till 9:00 p.m. and that unhealthy food cannot be taken in after 9:00 p.m. Proper arrangements of your last meal and snacks should be made ahead of time in order to make all the food in your stomach be digested before you go to bed.
  2. If you go out, you had better park your car in a far place so as to increase a little walking exercise. If you are accustomed to go out with a backpack, you will exercise even more thus can help you burn much fat.   
  3. You should exercise at weekends as well. Most people can find a lot of reasons for not exercising at weekends, but if you are willing to spend some time on weekends to exercise you will quickly reach your goal of weight loss.
  4. If you do not want to bother to use the stove for cooking, you may as well use microwave oven. Make your own nutritious diet of breakfast for weight loss: eggs, vegetables, low-fat cheese, ect.
  5. Doing some exercise before the weekend party. Then when you begin to eat some tempting food at night, you will think twice before eating them.

      6.   Climbing stairs. My office is on the 11th floor, and from 11th floor to the basement there are 368 stairs (I have counted them). If I climb stairs twice a day, it is not far away from my weight loss target.

These above-mentioned habits are all very simple and easy to do, right? Then it is up to you to form them and make your dream of weight loss come true.
