The Most Successful Weight Loss Story
Written by babylon on April 22nd, 2010I am always jealousy of girls who have slim figures because I have a weight of 110 pounds. As I am growing up, I am more eager to pursue a slender shape. However, whatever method I have tied, the result of weight loss cannot be achieved. For example, I have tried blinded fasting in order to lose weight, even if the sense of hunger makes me dizzy. I even exercise aerobics crazily deep into the night, which is indeed self-torture! Then I gradually feel frustrated and want to give up. But I must not give up; since I am sure that if I insist it there is always a time when I can say goodbye to the fat.
At that time the exercise for weight loss I use is swimming and brisk walking. There is a swimming pool beside my home and I swim from three times a day to twice a day. Then as the weather turns cool, I reduce it to three times a month. After persisting it for three months, I begin to recognize some effects which are not very significant. I also try a kind of aerobic exercise—brisk walking. I always do it with my friends who want to lose weight for half an hour every day. While walking, we also breathe fresh air outside, which is indeed killing two birds with one stone!
My approaches cannot achieve the result of weight loss quickly, but they are really the most effective ones with a very low rebounding rate among various kinds of other methods. If you want to have a try, you can first find the weight loss diet according to your blood type on the Internet. Then control your food in-take, especially for those high-calorie foods. In winter you can choose yoga and you should adjust your breath to attain the best result of weight loss. Make sure doing twice aerobic exercise a week.
You are sure to successfully achieve your desired result of weight loss if you stick to the above-mentioned methods. Come on!
